Euskadi lleva meses embarcada en una decidida reflexión institucional sobre el consumo del cannabis, con el desarrollo de unas jornadas en el seno del Ararteko en torno a esta cuestión, y con los trabajos previos a la Ley de Adicciones que el Gobierno vasco presentará este año y que recogerá también fórmulas para tratar de dar cierta cobertura jurídica a las asociaciones de consumo de cannabis.
